💬 How to Report a Rating Concern

If you believe your rating is inaccurate:

1. Open the WeCourts App.

2. Go to your profile.

3. Tap "Report Rating Issue".

4. Provide specific context (e.g. level of partners, how you performed, concerns about other players' ratings).

We will review your match history and rerun your rating if needed.

✅ WPPR will not manually edit ratings—changes are made by updating verified data in the system.

⚠️ My WPPR Rating Is Too High or Too Low

Ratings can sometimes appear inaccurate due to:

• Limited match data

• Recent changes in your performance

• Outdated data from other players in your matches

Please note:

• WPPR does not allow manual rating adjustments.

• Ratings are based only on data from the last 20 WPPR Verified matches.

If you believe your rating is far off, continue playing more tournaments. The system will adjust based on your most recent performance.
